Currently supporting a growing Legal 500 and Chambers UK ranked law firm as they look to add to their Private Client team.

I am looking for a dedicated and proactive Private Client Paralegal to join our growing firm. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong interest in private client law to work closely with experienced solicitors, manage a varied caseload, and develop their expertise in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Paralegal Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the preparation of wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
• Supporting solicitors in handling probate and estate administration, including preparing relevant documentation and liaising with clients and third parties.
• Conducting legal research and providing case support as required.
• Managing client communications and ensuring a high standard of client care throughout the process.
• Maintaining and updating client files and ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory and legal standards.
• Drafting correspondence and legal documents, such as inheritance tax forms and trust deeds.
• Managing your own caseload under supervision.

What could make you stand out:

• Previous experience in Private Client/ Private Wealth.
• Previous experience in paralegal role or similar.
