My client a Top 200 practice who have grown organically over the last few years are seeking to add to their Residential Property team within the Brighton office due to increased workflow.

The firm has a strong reputation for Residential Property, dealing with local, regional and national estate agents. Due to the firm’s reputation alongside a presence in London, they offer the highest quality level of work to regional fee-earners.

You will deal with your own conveyancing caseload and must have sat a seat within this sector of law, working on a broad range of property matters including but not limited to:

• Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties,
• Re-mortgages,
• Transfers of equity
• Lease extensions.

It is envisaged that you will be a Residential Conveyancer (Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer) likely NQ-5 years PQE together with an interest with business development and marketing.
