The firm are seeking an ambitious NQ Property Litigation Solicitor to join their growing team in Bournemouth.

As an NQ Solicitor, you will advise on all Property related disputes and you will assist with a varied caseload with high-value and complex disputes relating to the use and occupation of land including real property disputes such as restrictive covenants, trespass, easements and landlord and tenant matters such as lease renewals, breach of covenant, rent and service charge recovery and real estate related insolvency issues.
