The Role:

You will be joining a Real Estate team with many lawyers individually recognized by the Legal 500 and Chambers. The department consistently handles high-profile, complex transactions that rival top city firms, giving you exposure to the highest quality work.

Your caseload will span a broad range of commercial property matters, including:
working on a variety of commercial real estate, residential investment and secured lending transactions.

Requirements:

• You will be a Real Estate Solicitor or Legal Executive (NQ-3 years PQE) with experience handling a broad range of commercial property matters.
• This role offers exposure to a diverse caseload, with a strong focus on secured lending transactions on behalf of lenders, where the firm is appointed to their panel.
• You will also be involved in residential investment work and handle freehold and leasehold acquisitions, disposals, and property investment portfolio management for retail, industrial units, and office premises.
• The ideal candidate will have experience acting for lenders, landlords, tenants, and non-profit charity organisations.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage client relationships effectively are essential.
