Non Contentious Construction Solicitor(Associate or Senior Associate), Manchester city centre - 4 PQE+

The Role

- You will work in a leading construction department acting on behalf of a considerable client base including large corporations, insurers,project companies, contractors, funders and consultants- some of the UK's foremost contractors and developers(advising on high-profile developments)
- The team offers expertise in the energy, real estate, infrastructure, manufacturing and government sectors, among others
- You will gain fantastic experience, on a national and international scale - this firm really does offer cutting edge construction work
-They are looking to recruit a lawyer with experience in non contentious construction work
- Early responsibility is given within the team so there is great opportunity to develop client relationships


The Candidate

- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
- Strong academic background
- The firm are open to considering candidates from 4 PQE+
- Transactional construction experience gained at a national or international firm
