Excellent opportunity for a senior non contentious construction solicitor to join a top tier international firm with an outstanding reputation for its construction offering in Manchester.

The Role

- You will work in a leading construction department acting on behalf of a considerable client base- the construction team have an excellent client base; you will act for a number of FTSE 100 and local clients.
- The team offers expertise in the energy, real estate, infrastructure, manufacturing and government sectors, among others
- You will gain fantastic experience, on a national and international scale - this firm really does offer cutting edge construction work
-They are looking to recruit a senior non contentious construction lawyer to join the team.
-You will work on a wide variety of construction work from advising government bodies, sponsors, funders, developers, employers, operators, constructors, sub-contractors and professional teams
-You will be an integral part of the team, actively supporting on complex transactions. The team are really keen to help people progress and achieve promotion so you will be supported with this.

The Candidate

- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
- Strong academic background
- Non Contentious Construction Solicitor - 5 PQE+
