Litigator - Kent

This position offers the chance to work within a busy dispute resolution department, where you will work closely with clients to deliver favourable outcomes and maintain the firm's high standards. The work will be varied but you will work generally on a contentious probate caseload, but with some commercial and general litigation work. This is a fee earning role so you will manage your own caseload and in addition you will possess first rate client care skills to mediate within contentious and sensitive situations.

You should have a minimum of 3 years PQE with strong litigation skills and a proven track record in handling complex cases. Ideally, you will have ACTAPs qualification or a desire to want to progress this further.
