Litigation Lawyer - Essex

Superb opportunity to join a well-established team within a Legal 500 firm who deal with an excellent quality of work and as a result of this they have developed a client base which spans across the region and which has grown considerably in recent years.

The successful candidate will have strong litigation experience focusing on property litigation as well as a broad range of litigation disputes, to include:

• Shareholder and director disputes
• Debt recovery work
• Contractual disputes
• Insolvency
• Property Disputes
• General Disputes

You will be able to build excellent client relationships, grow your own client base and work with minimal supervision, whilst addressing matters efficiently and assisting the Director on more complex cases. The ideal applicant will be someone ambitious and creative who will contribute to the firm's development by seeking to engage in general marketing opportunities.
