Litigation & Dispute Resolution Solicitor | 5+ PQE | York

A highly-regarded Yorkshire firm is looking for an experienced Litigation & Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join their friendly and supportive team based in York. The firm has significant presence in the Yorkshire market and a long and successful track record of offering high quality advice to businesses, families and individuals.

There is also a busy programme of social and charity fundraiser events in a variety of formats across the year which you will be able to get involved in.

As a Solicitor in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution team, you will handle a broad range of both commercial and private client disputes including landlord and tenant, land disputes, commercial leases, company disputes, professional negligence and contentious probate. You will work closely with the Partner, who has strong recognition in all major legal directories, which presents an excellent opportunity to work alongside and assist an exceptional litigator.

ABOUT YOU

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:

· Qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years' PQE.
· A solid Litigation background and strong technical expertise across broad range of disputes.
· A positive, commercial approach to delivering legal advice.
· A confident communicator and excellent client care skills.
· Some experience in successful business development and marketing initiatives.
