They also collaborate with a network of Insolvency Practitioner clients, often managing referrals from larger London practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage new client inquiries and handle all aspects of corporate insolvency, including court applications and administration appointments.
Advise Insolvency Practitioners, secured lenders, and directors on various insolvency matters.
Oversee property-related transactions in insolvency and handle litigation linked to insolvency issues.
Guide junior team members and ensure a high standard of client service throughout all interactions.
Maintain an organised caseload while ensuring compliance with file management and administrative protocols.

Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years of insolvency experience, with a strong client-centered approach.
