An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Environmental Lawyer to join a leading global law firm based in the City of London. Renowned for its exceptional legal services and expertise across multiple sectors, this firm has a strong reputation for advising clients on complex environmental issues and sustainable practices worldwide.

We are seeking a solicitor with a minimum of 7 years PQE in environmental law. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in providing strategic legal advice on a wide range of environmental matters, including compliance, regulatory issues, and environmental litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advising clients on environmental legislation and compliance, including waste management, pollution control, and environmental impact assessments.
- Handling complex regulatory matters and representing clients in environmental disputes and litigation.
- Assisting clients in navigating the legal aspects of sustainability initiatives and corporate social responsibility.
- Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to provide comprehensive solutions to clients' environmental challenges.
- Developing and maintaining client relationships, ensuring the highest levels of client service and satisfaction.

Requirements:

- A minimum of 7 years PQE in environmental law, with a strong understanding of relevant legislation and case law.
- Proven experience in handling complex environmental matters and litigation.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- A client-focused approach with the ability to provide practical, business-oriented advice.
- Strong relationship management skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
