Key Responsibilities of the Employment Solicitor

• Providing legal advice to clients on a range of employment law issues.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating employment contracts and agreements.
• Representing clients in employment tribunals and court proceedings.
• Advising on redundancy processes and handling unfair dismissal claims.
• Conducting legal research to stay updated on changes in employment law.
• Developing relationships with clients and participating in business development activities.
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a comprehensive legal service is provided.
• Managing own caseload, ensuring all cases are handled efficiently and effectively.
