Our client is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor/Legal Executive who can manage a broad and varied caseload of clients both commercial firms and individual employees. Advising across a range of employment matters including:

• Contentious matters regarding dismissal, redundancy and settlements
• TUPE
• Contracts of employment and staff handbooks

Representing your clients at Tribunals we are seeking someone experienced across both contentious and non[-contentious mattes, an all rounder who enjoys client liaison, building relationships and delivering excellent and high quality work.

This is a role to strengthen the already established team, and will suit an ambitious and creative individual who is open to working collaboratively.
