A leading national firm is looking for an experienced Senior or Principal Associate to join their busy Employment team in Leeds. You will join a highly ranked Legal 500 team with an impressive portfolio of employer clients across automotive, manufacturing, logistics, infrastructure, technology and retail sectors. There is a mix of non-contentious work within the team, though there is a slight lean towards contentious work. The team also deal with corporate support and business immigration work and the successful candidate will be well versed across all of these areas. This role will also involve supervision of junior team members and supporting their development, which presents an ideal opportunity to develop leadership skills.

ABOUT YOU

· Qualified Solicitor with 7+ years' PQE.
· Experience gained within an established practice.
· Experience of supervising junior members of the team i.e. solicitors, trainees and paralegals.
· Well-rounded experience spanning contentious, non-contentious and corporate advisory work.
