Employment Senior Associate - Manchester

BCL Legal is working with this progressive and forward thinking national law firm. As part of its continued growth, the market leading Employment team is recruiting a senior associate.

The team is national but this role is based in Manchester and also offers hybrid working.

The Role
Working as part of a friendly and collaborative national Employment team
Working with a varied and interesting client base ranging from SME's to PLC's across sectors including retail, sport, manufacturing, financial services and healthcare
Working alongside Partners and solicitors highly ranked in the legal directories
Handling the full range of Employment law matters to include:
- Employment tribunal litigation
- Day to day support to HR teams
- Project work on restructurings, redundancies and TUPE
- Corporate transactional support
- Acting on executive severances/settlement agreements
- Supervising junior members of the team
- Involvement in business development and marketing initiatives

Requirements
E&W qualified solicitor
A minimum of 4 + PQE in Employment Law
Experience gained in a recognised commercial employment team
