A highly regarded and top 50 national law firm is seeking an Employment Solicitor to join its employment team in Bristol.

The Role

As an Employment Lawyer in this team, you would:

· Manage a mixed caseload providing support to individuals and businesses in a variety of different sectors
· Advise clients on issues such as redundancies, disciplinary and grievances, Settlement Agreements, TUPE, absence management, a wide range of Employment Tribunal claims and claims in the higher courts
· Predominantly undertake Tribunal work funded by Legal Expenses Insurance
· Work with clients on a national basis dealing with a high volume of employment tribunal claims
· Conduct your own advocacy where appropriate
· Support and mentor paralegals and legal assistants

About You

To be successful in your application for this Employment Lawyer vacancy in Bristol, you will:

· A minimum of three years' PQE in employment law
· Ideally have experience of representing individuals and businesses funded by legal expenses insurance
· Have significant contentious employment experience
· Have excellent communication skills
· Have a good teamwork ethic and the ability to work on your own initiative
