Employment Associate/Senior Associate - Manchester
BCL Legal is working with this international law firm recruiting an Associate/Senior Associate to join its market leading Employment team. The role will be based in Manchester but hybrid / flexible working options are offered.
An exciting opportunity for a technically excellent Employment Solicitor to join this commercial Employment team. The work will be a mix of general advisory work, employment related litigation (respondent work) and transactional employment law matters (in particular, the employment aspects of M&A transactions).
Although the successful candidate will be given plenty of client responsibility, they will also be allocated to a senior member of the team to ensure they feel supported.
The client base is broad ranges from company owners and managers, HR professionals and in-house lawyers, to private sector organisations, as well as senior employees and executives.
Experience of drafting various employment documents, maternity and paternity rights, discrimination, whistleblowing, employee relations issues, disciplinary matters and grievances, mediation, dismissals, redundancy, TUPE and employment tribunal claims is essential for this role.
