Employment Solicitor - hybrid

BCL Legal is working with an innovative and collaborative regional firm recruiting an experienced Employment solicitor to join its team due to continued significant growth.

This dynamic team is very well established and its Partners are recognised in the legal directories. The client base is very varied and includes household names across various industries ranging from PLCs to owner managed businesses.

The work includes advising clients with day to day employment matters, representing clients in Employment Tribunal and Civil litigation, provide corporate support advice in business acquisition, disposals and reorganisations, and delivering training.

Due to continued expansion, the team is looking to recruit an experienced Associate / Senior Associate with a minimum of 3 PQE in Employment law gained in a recognised team.

This role is ideal for anyone seeking a high quality legal environment without the typical pressures found in traditional firms with a genuinely exciting culture and environment. Hybrid / flexible working in offered.
