An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced employment lawyer to support the development of the Bristol employment team and to contribute to the continued growth of this international firms UK Employment group.

As the successful employment lawyer, you will be advising commercial clients (including many FTSE 100 companies and household names and clients in the financial services sector) on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment related queries. You will be fully integrated into the highly ranked Employment group with over 50 lawyers in the UK.

The work is fast-paced and offers huge variety, covering the full spectrum of employment law matters. You will be involved in advising commercial clients in relation to:
* day-to-day employment queries, such as disciplinary and grievance matters, maternity/family leave issues and working time questions;
* corporate, commercial and real estate transactions, business transfers and outsourcings;
* employment tribunal, civil court and appeal litigation;
* collective matters such as restructuring, redundancies, integration and TUPE;
* investigations (including regulatory investigations) and strategic projects such as compliance with new legal requirements.
