This client's commercial litigation team is renowned for its expertise in resolving complex disputes and driving strategic outcomes for clients. They are now looking for a skilled Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their esteemed team and contribute to the firms continued success.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Case Management: Handle a diverse portfolio of commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, shareholder disputes, and professional negligence claims. Lead cases from initial advice through to resolution, ensuring the highest standards of client service and legal excellence.

• Client Advisory: Provide strategic legal advice to clients on a wide range of commercial disputes. Tailor advice to align with clients' business objectives and manage client expectations effectively throughout the litigation process.

• Advocacy: Represent clients in various forums including court proceedings, arbitration, and mediation. Prepare and present cases with clarity and persuasiveness to achieve favorable outcomes.

• Documentation: Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents such as pleadings, witness statements, and settlement agreements. Ensure all documentation is accurate, comprehensive, and in compliance with legal standards.

• Strategic Input: Develop and execute effective litigation strategies. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy formulation.

• Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and excellent service delivery. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to complex legal issues.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and clients, providing support and sharing expertise. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to client matters.

• Professional Development: Stay updated on developments in commercial litigation and relevant legal precedents. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

• Compliance: Adhere to professional and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Qualifications:

• Qualified solicitor with 4+ years of experience in commercial litigation or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing complex litigation matters and achieving successful outcomes.
• Strong understanding of commercial law, dispute resolution processes, and litigation procedures.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset.
• Exceptional communication and advocacy skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
