Debt Recovery Lawyer

Our client, a Local Authority, is seeking a Civil Litigation Lawyer to join their Legal Services team on a part-time or full-time basis to manage a caseload of adult social care debt recovery matters.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a small, friendly and supportive team. Whilst occasional office attendance would be preferred, the successful candidate would be able to undertake this role on a fully remote working basis.

This opportunity for a Lawyer with experience in adult social care debt recovery is anticipated to be ongoing for at least 6 months. Part-time or full-time working hours will be considered.

Previous experience in managing a caseload of adult social care debt recovery matters is required.
