Role Overview:
- Handle a mixed caseload of commercial debt files, including pre-legal to litigated matters
- Working in partnership with varied organisations from SME's to international businesses
- Issuing claims and handling resulting correspondence
- Liaising with key stakeholders
- Obtaining judgements
