BCL Legal are working closely with a prestigious national law firm who are seeking a dedicated Court of Protection Solicitor to join their esteemed Nottingham team as a Associate or Senior Associate. Role Overview:
- As a Court of Protection Associate/Senior Associate, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload that includes complex health and welfare matters, property and financial affairs, and deputyship applications. You will work closely with clients, providing expert advice and representation in Court of Protection proceedings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handling a varied caseload of Court of Protection matters
- Advising clients on health and welfare issues, financial affairs, and deputyship applications
- Representing clients in Court of Protection proceedings
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
- Collaborating with colleagues across the firm to deliver comprehensive legal solutions
- Contributing to the growth and development of the team through business development activities

The ideal candidate will have:

- A strong background in Court of Protection law, with significant experience managing a diverse caseload
- Excellent client management and communication skills
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A proactive approach to business development and networking
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Qualifications and Experience:

- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years' PQE in Court of Protection matters
- Proven track record in handling complex cases and delivering excellent client service
