The Role

- The team work with UK and international companies as well as leading companies in the North-West
- Dealing with a client base ranging from large PLCs, private equity houses and privately run companies
- Handling a pipeline of strong, high-profile corporate matters
- Early responsibility and opportunity to work with partners who are extremely well thought of in the North-West

The Candidate

- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
- Corporate Associate, 1-3 PQE
- Strong academics
- Driven and ambitious
