A top tier legal 500 London law firm is looking to add a Corporate Associate to their team on a full time basis.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in advising clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including M&A, private equity, joint ventures, and corporate governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fee earning, business development and marketing.
• Advising clients on complex corporate transactions, including M&A, private equity deals, and reorganizations.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating key transaction documents, such as share purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, and investment agreements.
• Providing strategic advice on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.
• Managing multiple projects and clients, ensuring high-quality, timely service delivery.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives.
• Collaborating closely with colleagues across the firm to deliver integrated legal solutions.

What could set you apart?

• Previous experience in Corporate law.
• Proven fee earner.
• Qualified Solicitor with a couple of years' experience or equivalent.
• Strong technical knowledge of corporate law, particularly in M&A, private equity, and corporate finance.
