Corporate Solicitor

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Solicitor to join our clients multi award winning, Legal 500 firm Corporate Team in Leeds.

The Corporate department boasts a wealth of knowledge and experience and have a wide range of clients nationwide with many clients having strong international connections. Our client is looking for a Corporate Solicitor with broad range of corporate transactional and will have experience in the following matters:

• Dealing with Corporate deals
• Equity capital market
• Private Equity

This role will give you the opportunity to build and expand your own client base from the beginning and be fully engaged with them and build relationships.

This is a great opportunity to further grow your experience and skills as a Corporate Solicitor by working within a busy corporate team and develop your long term career.
