Currently partnered with an award-winning, top-tier Legal 500 firm, who are recognised for their exceptional legal expertise and client service.

Their team represents a diverse portfolio of mid and high-profile clients across multiple sectors, including technology, finance, healthcare, and international commerce.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor who is ideally 3-5 years PQE in corporate law to contribute to high-caliber transactions and complex advisory matters.

As the Corporate Associate you will be instrumental in advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, equity investments, restructuring, corporate governance, and other corporate matters. Your responsibilities will include managing transactions from inception to completion, liaising directly with clients, and providing strategic guidance on business-critical issues.

Corporate Associate Responsibilities:

• Handling a varied caseload of corporate transactions, including M&A, investments, and corporate finance.
• Advising clients on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives.
• Supporting senior team members with complex, high-value transactions and mentoring junior team members.
• Staying updated on legal developments to provide clients with innovative solutions.
• Conduct business development and marketing.

What could set you apart?

• 3-5 years PQE in corporate law.
• Proven experience in fee earning position or similar.
• Proven experience managing corporate transactions and a solid understanding of corporate law principles.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand and meet clients' strategic goals.
