A fantastic opportunity to join a national corporate team. Our leading national law firm client are seeking an Associate/ Senior Associate to join their growing corporate team.

The candidate can be based in across their Southampton, Guildford, Plymouth or Exeter offices on a hybrid basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to work as part of an innovative and collaborative team, with a focus on supporting Strategic Corporate clients on all elements of their Group Development including designing and delivering bespoke acquisition and disposal programs, associated restructurings, and wider related work.

You will have the opportunity to gain experience across a broad spectrum of corporate work.
