The firms Corporate team is established and well-respected. They provide advice on complex mergers & acquisitions, restructuring, refinancing, debt and equity fundraisings, management buyouts and business sales through to strategically critical commercial work such as distribution, agency and supply agreements, data protection breach response and compliance, technology development agreements, website platform policies and trading terms.

The firm have a developed Corporate practice supporting their clients in the Central South region operating through the Bournemouth and Southampton offices.
