A leading national firm is looking for a Corporate Senior or Principal Associate to join their highly regarded team in Leeds. This role will suit an ambitious solicitor, ideally with experience dealing with clients in education and charity sectors to work on high profile national and international projects.

There is an exciting opportunity for a senior Corporate solicitor to join the highly regarded national team, focusing on education clients such as top ranked universities and other national and global charity clients. The team is at the forefront of these sectors and you will primarily be working on high profile and cutting edge projects for universities and charities, both nationally and internationally. There is also the opportunity to be involved in a broader range of corporate work across the firm's other key sectors.

ABOUT YOU

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:

· Qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years' PQE.
· Experience gained within a similar sized practice.
· Technically strong and an enjoyment in working on transactions.
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills,
· The ability to work well autonomously and as part of a team.
· Willingness to take initiative and to participate in marketing activity.
· Attention to detail and strong drafting skills.
· The ability to cope with the demands of a busy and dynamic environment.
· A strong commercial acumen.

Whilst experience across education and charity sectors will be advantageous for the role, it is not essential so long as there is an interest for these specialist areas.

OTHER INFORMATION

· Market-leading salary from c.£70k upwards depending on experience.
