BCL Legal is excited to partner with a highly rated, award-winning national law firm in the search for an Associate/Senior Associate to join its thriving Corporate team in Bristol. This opportunity is available on a full or part-time basis (4 days a week), with flexible and hybrid working options as standard. The role offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

The Role
As a Corporate Solicitor within this dynamic team, you will:
· Be part of an established and large national team of corporate lawyers, working on a wide range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, shareholders' agreements, corporate restructurings, and joint ventures
· Play a key role in high-value, complex transactions, benefiting from the team's national legal expertise and international reach
· Work alongside renowned experts, including the team's highly regarded Partners
· Be encouraged to develop your own client relationships through networking and business development opportunities
· Gain exposure to diverse sectors, working with clients ranging from SMEs to FTSE 100 companies

About You
To be considered for this exciting role, you will need:
· A minimum of 4+ years PQE in Corporate Law, ideally from a reputable private practice or in-house environment
· Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to manage your own caseload independently
· A proven track record in delivering excellent client service and maintaining financial management standards, including time recording, billing, and meeting firm targets
· A proactive, collaborative attitude, with a desire to grow both personally and professionally
· Excellent IT and case management skills, with familiarity using electronic time recording and Microsoft packages
