Key Responsibilities:
*Drafting high-quality commercial contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
*Providing support to Legal Directors and Partners on Legal transactions. *Producing documents
*Conducting Legal Research and in-depth analysis of case law, statutes and regulations to provide the foundation to accurate and compelling legal documents.
*File Management with efficient organisation and handling of all relevant documents.
*Case progression to ensure that every step is taken to advance legal matters for the Legal Directors and Partners smoothly and effectively.
