Corporate and Commercial Solicitor

CORPORATE AND COMMERCIAL SOLICITOR REQUIRED

Our client, a hugely successful high street firm in East London have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Corporate and Commercial Solicitor to join their highly regarded team in East London.

The firm are seeking a very experienced corporate commercial lawyer with a minimum of 3 years PQE [more senior candidates will also be considered] to assist the existing team in providing a range of services which currently include:

•          Commercial contract reviews (e.g. supplier/ IT/etc.)

•          Acquisitions and mergers in wide ranging sectors with a particular emphasis on retail pharmacies

•          Business re-organisations

•          Shareholder agreement

•          Trading terms and conditions

•          Data protection

•          General corporate advice

•          Some banking finance experience an advantage

The client base is a mix of SMEs, HNW individuals, corporates both UK based and from overseas.  Fast track career progression for right candidate.
