The Role:

-As a Conveyancing Team Leader you will provide support to the conveyancing team.

To provide technical support to the teams which will include leasehold, new build and
shared ownership title checking
-To liaise with the Team Leaders to ensure urgent files are dealt with promptly
-To provide positive and constructive feedback to Team Leaders as appropriate
-To identify process improvements.

Requirements:

-You will be a Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Residential Conveyancer, Legal Executive
-Able to meet deadlines
-Strong Leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
-Great communication skills
-Ability to deliver feedback in a constructive manner
