Our client, a well-established law firm in Essex, is seeking a Conveyancing Fee Earner (either qualified or unqualified) to join their close-knit team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced conveyancer to advance their career within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Position Overview
The Conveyancing Fee Earner will play a crucial role in delivering expert residential property legal services to clients, working alongside a dedicated team to achieve monthly targets and contribute to the firm's growth and success.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with referrers and clients
• Communicate effectively with clients and third parties
• Proactively update clients on transaction progress
• Handle contract checks, mortgage reports, and search results
• Manage exchange of contracts and completion of purchase
• Collaborate with the team to achieve targets and KPIs
• Identify and develop new business opportunities

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of conveyancing processes from start to finish
• Ability to manage a full caseload with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication skills - confident, clear, and articulate
• Driven to develop legal career and progress quickly
• Team-orientated approach to work
