Residential Conveyancer - Manchester

Long established high street law firm is recruiting for a residential property solicitor, licensed conveyancer or conveyancing fee earner to work within its well regarded residential property team in Manchester.

THE FIRM
Established for over 100 years
A particular expertise in residential and commercial property
Acting on behalf of a range of clients to include local and national based estate agents and referrers

THE ROLE
The role will involve handling a manageable caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from inception through to completion
Caseload will consist of: Sale or purchase of freehold/leasehold residential property, shared equity/ownership transactions, new build transactions, remortgages and equity release, help to Buy transactions, Right to Buy transactions and transfers of equity/ownership

REQUIREMENTS
Experienced in handling your own caseload of conveyancing work with minimal supervision
Using a case management system
