Conveyancing Assistant - Birstall or Brighouse

A conveyancing assistant is sought after to join this long established law firm in the heart of West Yorkshire. It has 5 offices across Yorkshire and due to growth is now recruiting a conveyancing assistant to join its well established property department.

Operating nationally but conveniently located across Yorkshire it serves both local and national clients.

The caseload is varied and will include:

The role will involve:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Transfers of equity
* Shared ownerships
* New builds
* Remortgages

You will be working closely with a fee earner supporting them with a full residential property caseload from inception through to post completion. You will ideally have at least 6 months' experience assisting within residential property caseload and be able to work in a fast paced working environment.
