Conveyancing Assistant - Selby
The Firm:

The Role:
-As a Conveyancing Assistant you will be working within a close knit team supporting a conveyancer with a residential property caseload from inception through to completion
-Preparing correspondence and documents through audio and copy typing
-Office Procedures Manual and Departmental Guidelines
-Making appointments, arranging meetings, booking meeting rooms and maintaining an up-to-date diary for the Legal Advisor
-Attending clients both in person and over the telephone and providing assistance in a professional and friendly manner in keeping with the firm's standards for client care
Requirements:
Ideally previous experience working within Residential Property
Experience of use of IT systems; digital dictation, case management, MS Word and Outlook
Ability to work with minimum supervision
'Can Do' and flexible approach
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
