I am currently working with an exciting law firm who are looking for a Conveyancing Assistant to join a Legal 500 ranked law firm.

As the Conveyancing Assistant you will be joining a fast-paced Residential Property team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will be someone who already has some experience in this type of role or similar and is used to dealing with high volume transactions.

Conveyancing Assistant responsibilities:

• Drafting and dispatching documents.
• Conducting search applications.
• Handling post-completion matters.
• Verifying mortgage offers.
• Liaise with clients and lenders to address queries.
• Managing Help to Buy loan redemptions
• Ad-hoc administration duties.
