About the Role:

You will be handling a varied caseload of contentious probate matters, including will disputes, Inheritance Act claims, and disputes involving executors and trustees. This is a client-facing role where you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality advice and legal representation, managing cases from inception to conclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing a diverse range of contentious probate cases.
- Providing expert advice on disputes involving wills, estates, trusts, and inheritance claims.
- Conducting negotiations and representing clients in court proceedings.
