An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Construction Associate to join a prestigious international law firm located in the City of London. This firm is highly regarded for its expertise in the construction sector, offering top-tier legal services to a diverse range of clients on both domestic and international projects.

We are seeking a solicitor with a strong background in non-contentious construction law. The ideal candidate will have experience in drafting and negotiating construction contracts, advising on procurement strategies, and providing strategic legal advice throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advising clients on non-contentious construction matters, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts such as JCT and NEC.
- Supporting clients through the project development process, from inception to completion.
- Providing strategic legal advice on risk management, procurement, and compliance with construction regulations.
- Collaborating with a variety of stakeholders, including contractors, developers, and consultants, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Assisting in the development of innovative solutions to meet clients' needs in complex construction scenarios.

Requirements:

- PQE of 1-54 years in non-contentious construction law.
- Strong experience in drafting and negotiating construction contracts.
- Excellent understanding of the construction industry and relevant legal frameworks.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage client relationships effectively.
