About the Role:

• Position: Company Commercial Solicitor

Your Role:

• Manage all aspects of the client relationship, from engagement to billing and chasing payment.
• Your experience should include advising owner-managed businesses and SME'S on company law, commercial contracts and corporate transitions.
• Provide expert legal advice to a varied client base, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism
• A genuine interest in business development, and be passionate about going the extra mile.

What We're Looking For:

• 3 - 5 PQE Solicitor or Legal Executive
• Strong expertise in handling diverse matters
• Excellent communication skills with a client-centered approach
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
• Commitment to professional development and growth
