Company Commercial Solicitor - Hertfordshire
Law ConsultantsAn excellent opportunity for an experienced Company Commercial Solicitor to join the team of this impressive multi-office law firm, a Legal 500.
You will manage your own caseload and support senior fee earners to develop your experience and exposure to larger clients and more complex matters who will be involved with a variety of clients dealing with company commercial matters to include:
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Corporate transactions and debt financing
- Buy-outs and re-structuring
- Shareholder agreements
- Commercial agreements
