A Commercial Solicitor is required to join a major organisation based in the South East on a permanent basis. The Commercial Solicitor will be joining an established in-house legal function and taking on a range of Commercial work.

The successful Commercial Solicitor will be able to benefit from flexible working but will be required to attend the office in the South East twice a week.

Job Overview

Our client is looking for a highly skilled Commercial Solicitor to provide expert legal services for major infrastructure programs across the South East.

As a Commercial Solicitor, your role will include, but is not limited to:

• Collaborate with the Senior Commercial Solicitor and wider team to advise on engineering and construction matters related to large infrastructure projects.
• Advise on legal structuring of diverse commercial contracts and projects.
• Draft, negotiate, and finalize complex commercial contracts.
• Provide guidance on public procurement regulations and legal policies.
• Engage in the early stages of contentious and non-contentious legal matters.
