Commercial Solicitor - Manchester city centre

A highly respected commercial regional firm is looking to grow its team and is recruiting a Commercial solicitor. The team offers an interesting and varied workload across all types of commercial contracts in a broad range of sectors.

The Role:
· Commercial Solicitor 5+ PQE
· Working across a range of commercial contracts, T&Cs, website agreements, confidentiality and non disclosure agreements as well as e-commerce agreements.
· The team is recommended in the legal directories and headed by a recognised Partner.
· Working across a range of sectors to include - media, tech, retail and sports
· The team has a longstanding reputation in commercial in the North-West having built up some excellent clients to include - FTSE100 companies, banks, SMEs, public sector, not for profit, high-profile individuals, and entrepreneurs

Candidate Requirements:
· Qualified solicitor in England and Wales.
· 5 + years PQE in commercial law.
· GDPR experience would be an advantage.
· Strong client-facing skills are a requirement.
