You will be a junior lawyer and have commercial property experience in the following areas:

• Manage a caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, lease agreements, and development projects.
• Conduct legal research and provide expert advice to clients on property-related issues.
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, leases, and agreements.
• Negotiate on behalf of clients to achieve favourable outcomes.
• Liaise with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the legal process.
• Keep abreast of changes in property law and regulations, providing up-to-date advice to clients.

Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 1 years of experience in commercial property law.

Strong knowledge of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development projects.

Excellent drafting and negotiation skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Ability to manage a high volume of cases and meet deadlines.

Proactive and motivated individual with a client-focused approach.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
