Role Overview: They are seeking a talented and motivated Commercial Property Solicitor to join their esteemed team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of commercial property matters, providing high-quality legal advice to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling a variety of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, option agreements etc
• Advising clients on landlord and tenant matters.
• Managing development projects and related legal issues.
• Conducting due diligence and drafting relevant documentation.
• Collaborating with colleagues across different departments to provide comprehensive legal solutions.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE in commercial property law.
• Strong knowledge of commercial property transactions and landlord and tenant law.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload and work to tight deadlines.
• A proactive and client-focused approach.
