My highly reputable client is seeking a commercial property solicitor to join their team.

Title: Commercial Property Solicitor
Salary: £45,000+ DOE
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Location: North London

Key Responsibilities of the Commercial Property Solicitor:

• Preparing leases, sub-leases, lease extensions and renewals, surrenders, licences, notices, and other landlord and tenant documentation.
• Advising on the acquisition and disposal of land and property, including drafting contracts, lock-out agreements, options, and conditional contracts.
• Advising on refinancing and loan documentation, and sales and leasebacks of commercial property.
• Assisting the renewable energy team in connection with large-scale solar schemes, wind farms, and battery storage facilities.
• Advising clients on the wider implications of any transactions or advice.
• Supporting senior members of the team in their caseloads.
• Keeping up to date with developments in Commercial Property law.

Desirable Skills and Requirements of the Commercial Property Solicitor:

• At least 1 year of experience in Commercial Property law.
• Proven ability to manage a mixed caseload.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
