Position Overview
As a Commercial Property Paralegal, you will play a vital role in assisting the department's fee earners in delivering exceptional legal services to clients. You will be responsible for carrying out a range of legal tasks, including drafting documentation, preparing forms, and liaising with clients, agents, and solicitors.

Responsibilities

• Draft legal documentation and correspondence related to commercial property matters
• Prepare forms and assist with administrative tasks to support fee earners
• Liaise directly with clients, solicitors and external third parties to facilitate transactions
• Adapt to new tasks and responsibilities as required by the department

Requirements

• Previous experience working within a commercial property department
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Flexibility and adaptability in approaching work tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
