Commercial Property Locum

Sellick Partnership is currently working in conjunction with a busy local authority in the South West of England who are in need of an experienced commercial property lawyer.

This has the potential to be a long-term, interim appointment however the initial duration will be until the end of March 2025.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to manage a varied caseload where no two days are the same. Examples of the casework include:

• Commercial Leases
• Wayleaves
• Easements
• Sales, acquisitions and disposals
• Title investigations
• Regeneration and development
• Joint venture agreements
• Highways advice in relation to property law

This is a largely remote working role however preference will be given to those able to attend the office on occasion if required.

Previous local authority experience is desirable however those with relevant experience gained from the private sector are also encouraged to apply.
